What You’ll Need
Only a few simple ingredients are required for this easy cheesecake dip recipe! As always, you can find the full printable recipe with complete instructions in the recipe card at the end of this post. Let’s take a look at what you’ll need:
- cream cheese – you’ll want to make sure your cream cheese is fully softened so it combines with the other ingredients and spreads easily. I do recommend full fat cream cheese.
- Greek yogurt – this creates a lovely creaminess to the dip and adds a tang that offsets the sweetness of the marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar.
- powdered sugar – thickens the dip as well as sweetens.
- lemon juice or lime juice, fresh squeezed
- almond extract – any extract flavor can be used here, including vanilla extract. I like almond extract because it’s clear and almond and cherry go together so beautifully.
- marshmallow fluff – I love the consistency of marshmallow fluff and it’s a great way to add fluffiness s well as sweetness to this each cheesecake dip.
- cherry pie filling – or other flavor of your choosing.
