Victor Oladipo is a well-known American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association.

Kehinde Babatunde Victor Oladipo was born on May 4, 1992, in Silver Spring, Maryland, the United States to parents Chris Oladipo and Joan Oladipo. He was raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Victor Oladipo was raised alongside three sisters, Kristine (1986), Kendra (1990) and twin sister Victoria. His sister, Kendra became deaf in second grade. He played basketball at St. Jerome Academy in Hyattsville, Maryland and later proceeded to play high school basketball at DeMatha High School in Hyattsville.

Victor Oladipo was ranked as the No. 41 shooting guard in his class by Rivals.com. He went on to play basketball at Indiana University Bloomington where he majored in sports communication broadcasting.

Victor Oladipo was drafted with the second overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft by the Orlando Magic. He went on to be named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team and became a first-time NBA All-Star.

Victor Oladipo was named to the All-Defensive First Team as well as the All-NBA Third Team. He went on to win the NBA Most Improved Player Award during his first season with Indiana.
